Wear a t-shirt and sports shorts/leggings (no zippers). If you have a gi, bring it—if not, you can start without one.
No. Start your trial first. After that, we’ll recommend the right gi size and option for your training goals.
Gi uses the traditional uniform and focuses on grips and control. No-Gi is trained in rashguard/shorts and is faster-paced. Both are great.
Start with our Fundamentals sessions which has no sparring. You only start spar as a 2 stripe white belt in the intermediate class.
Most classes run 60–120 minutes depending on the program and level.
Yes, we offer kids classes with structured coaching and safe training. We will contact you for placement of the child in the correct class.
Safety is a priority. We teach control, correct technique, and tap early culture. Coaches supervise sparring and pair students appropriately.
